This class will prepare your child for what is needed to try out for school cheer:
Cheer Tumble class teaches younger athletes, ages 4-10, all the aspects needed for school, rec, or all star cheer. Because this class combines tumbling and cheer, you get the best of both worlds.
The first half of class focuses on the following aspects of cheer:
The second half of the class focuses on improving the athlete’s current tumbling skills. We also incorporate drills to help the athlete’s progress and achieve new tumbling skills.
In Bronze Tumbling, athletes will learn proper tumbling techniques, as well as increased body strength and control.

Participants learn how to execute dynamic and synchronized stunts with a focus on safety and precision.
College prep class for cheerleading is designed to ready participants for collegiate-level cheer programs. It covers advanced stunting techniques, intricate choreography, and performance skills. Additionally, the class may provide guidance on the college recruitment process, fitness conditioning, and maintaining academic eligibility for cheerleading at the collegiate level.
Our jumps class focuses on improving techniques for various jumps, such as toe touches, herkies, pikes, and hurdler jumps. It involves strength and flexibility exercises to enhance performance, along with proper form and body control drills.
