STEP 1: CHOOSE A CLASS

Butterflies

(45 minute class)

Designed for athletes ages 18 months to 3 years old. They will learn strength building and body control, balance, motor skills, and coordination. They will be introduced to handstands and rolls.

Intro to Tumbling

(1 hour class)

A transitional class for ages 3-5 years old targeting body control, rolls, and completing stations independently. This will also be taught in the big gym to help them transition into a more active environment and prepare for bronze tumble class.

Game Day Classes

(1 hour class)

Tryout cheer is recommended for those interested in preparing for school cheer.
This class will prepare your child for what is needed to try out for school cheer:

  • How to do entrance and exits
  • How to read and maximize the score sheet
  • How to perfect motions, jumps, and execution of skills
  • Perfect tumbling you already have and incorporate into tryouts

Cheer Tumble

(1 hour class)

Cheer Tumble class teaches younger athletes, ages 4-10, all the aspects needed for school, rec, or all star cheer. Because this class combines tumbling and cheer, you get the best of both worlds.
The first half of class focuses on the following aspects of cheer:

  • Motions
  • Jumps
  • Spiriting
  • Cheer & Chants

The second half of the class focuses on improving the athlete’s current tumbling skills. We also incorporate drills to help the athlete’s progress and achieve new tumbling skills.

Bronze Tumbling

(1 hour class)

In Bronze Tumbling, athletes will learn proper tumbling techniques, as well as increased body strength and control.

  • Forward & Backward Roll
  • Kickups, Snap Downs
  • Hand Stand
  • Cartwheel
  • Round Off
  • Back Bend

Silver Tumbling

(1 hour class)

In Silver Tumble Drills and techniques will be taught to help athletes master the following skills:

  • Front Limber
  • Back Bend – Kick Over
  • Back Limber
  • Front Walkover
  • Back Walkover
  • 1 Hand Cartwheels

Gold Tumbling

(1 hour class)

In Gold Tumbling drills and techniques will be taught in order to help athletes master the following skills:

  • Back Handspring
  • Front Handsprings
  • Round Off/Series Back Handspring
  • Back Walkover – Back Handspring
  • Back Extension Rolls
  • Specialty Passes Ending With Back Handspring

Platinum Tumbling

(1 hour class)

In Platinum Tumbling drills and techniques will be taught in order to help athletes master the following skills:

  • Standing Tucks
  • Punch Fronts
  • Standing Back Handspring Tuck
  • Round Off Back Handspring Tuck
  • Layouts

Stunt Elite

(1 hour class)

This class is for Level 2 stunting & up.
The prerequisites for this class are:

  • 1/4 Tic Toc Lib to Lib
  • Extended body position
  • Inversion to prep
  • Prep to prep body positions

CoEd Stunt

(1 hour class)

CoEd stunt class emphasizes partner stunts, incorporating both male and female participants. The class covers foundational skills like lifts, tosses, and pyramids, emphasizing teamwork, communication, and strength training. Participants learn how to execute dynamic and synchronized stunts with a focus on safety and precision.

College Prep

(1 hour class)

College prep class for cheerleading is designed to prepare participants for collegiate-level cheer programs. It covers advanced stunting techniques, intricate choreography, and performance skills. Additionally, the class may provide guidance on the college recruitment process, fitness conditioning, and maintaining academic eligibility for cheerleading at the collegiate level.

Jumps Class

(1 hour class)

Our jumps class focuses on improving techniques for various jumps, such as toe touches, herkies, pikes, and hurdler jumps. It involves strength and flexibility exercises to enhance performance, along with proper form and body control drills.
